Today I’m rounding up all of our favorite baby feeding essentials. These items will help make meal time more convenient for both baby and parents. We found many of these products to be essential in helping Emmi reach milestones with both assisted feeding as an infant and independent feeding as a toddler. Out of all the feeding-related products we experimented with as new parents, these are our tried and true favorites!

1. HIGH CHAIR + TRAY
A high chair that is designed to grow with your child! An adjustable seat and footrest heights make this high chair suitable for babies 6 months old through the remainder of their childhood. I love that this convertible chair is constructed of all wood, making it SUPER easy to clean and wipe down. The design also makes it impossible to tip over.
Tray sold separately.
2. TABLE CHAIR + TRAY
You can purchase table chair and tray as a set as well.
This table chair and tray are great for dining on the go! Table chair can attach to any table (from 0.8” to 3.3″ thick) and holds children weighing up to 37 lbs. Tray is sold separately. I keep ours in my car for eating at restaurants – I love having a comfy seat and a clean tray for baby to eat off of wherever we go. This table chair is also a great alternative to a traditional high chair, if you have limited space in your kitchen/dining area.
3. SILICONE TODDLER CUP
https://rstyle.me/+JLZa2ZdKUhodrcz71F4uwQOnce your child shows interesting drinking independently from a cup, give this silicone toddler cup a try. It features a non-slip grip and weighted base to help avoid spills. The small design is perfect for toddler mouth and hands. Dishwasher safe!
4. SILICONE PLACEMAT
I love this silicone placemat for home and on-the-go! It’s lightweight and rolls up nicely so it’s easy to travel with. I keep one in my diaper bag for when we eat out. As with all our other silicone products, it cleans up really easily (we throw ours in the dishwasher!)
5. SILICONE SNACK CUP
After trying several different snack cups with the kids, silicone cups seem to be the best option. The silicone is soft on your child’s hand and flexible for containing and retrieving snacks. They’re also easy to clean – we throw ours right in the dishwasher!
6. BABY FOOD SYSTEM
I don’t personally own this, but I love the idea of a Nutri-Bullet for baby food! We already own the original Nutri-bullet, so I have been using that to blend baby food and it works great. Had I not already owned a small blender, I would definitely purchase this food prepping system. It has everything you need to make homemade baby food – blender, storage containers and silicone tray for freezing.
7. BOTTLE DRYING RACK
Of the 2 drying racks we purchased and used, this one was by far our favorite. It’s designed to dry bottles hygienically and efficiently, while taking up little space on the kitchen counter. If you’re pumping, I would recommend purchasing two – one for bottles, one for pumping equipment.
8. SILICONE MINI SPOONS
These silicone spoons are perfect for introducing solids. They’re tiny, soft and just the right size for feeding purees to an infant. Dishwasher safe.
9. SILICONE BIB
Silicone bibs are the way to go! Not only are they super easy to clean and wipe down (no machine washing needed!) they also feature a catch-all pouch that catches 99% of the food that falls from baby’s mouth. We wash ours after every meal, so there’s no need to purchase more than 1! It’s a genius design and one of our favorite baby feeding products.
10. LEARNER CUP
When switching from bottle to cup, this is the learner cup we used. It’s a great size for small hands and comes with removable handles. Features a spill-proof design (never leaks!) and is dishwasher safe!
11. SILICONE BOTTLE SET
Both of my babies loved these bottles! The soft silicone is made to mimic a mother’s breast, so they’re a great option for Mom’s that both breast and bottle feed. The wide bottle design makes for easy cleaning too! Also dishwasher safe.
12. FEEDING SEAT
This is one of our most used baby items! It’s a comfortable and portable seat to use for eating/sitting anywhere other than the dining table. It’s nice to bring around the house with you so baby has somewhere comfortable to sit upright. We started using this when Emmi was about 6 months old and she still uses it today!
13. SILICONE TEETHING FEEDER
We used these handheld feeders to introduce solids for the first time. Simply cut up fruit or veggies and insert into the silicone top. Little feeding holes allow small and safe amounts of food to pass through as babies suck. Can also be used with frozen food for teething babies. Dishwasher safe!
14. FRAGRANCE FREE FOAMING DISH SOAP
We wash all of our baby bottles, cups and pump parts separately from all other dishes. We also use a separate sponge and this fragrance free dish soap. I love that it’s gentle and free of phosphates, artificial fragrances, sulfates and dyes. A safer option for you baby!
